Register For Free

If you want to bid in our auctions to get incredible deals, first you'll need to register.  Registration is free and takes less than 60 seconds.


Auction Types

At HappyBidDay, we have two types of auctions, One-Cent Auctions and Happy Auctions, that are designated by the icon next to the bid button.

Rewards Program for Happy Auctions — No Bid Pack purchase necessary to participate.

When you register you get 50 free bids and are enrolled in our rewards program, where you can earn free bids.  All free bids are placed in your free bid account and can be used exclusively for our happy auctions (please visit our rewards program for more information).


One Cent Auctions

To participate in our one cent auctions you need to buy bids.  Bids cost between $0.50 and $0.80 each depending on the bid package you choose.  Bid Packs are available in 50, 100, 200, 300, 500 and 1000 bids.  The larger the bid pack, the bigger the discount.  All purchased bids and won bid packs are placed in your available bid account and can be used exclusively for one cent auctions.


Choose an Auction

Click on the item to review product details.  We offer a wide range of products for you to choose from including electronics, computers, designer handbags, jewelry and much much more.  All items are brand new.


Bid, Win & Save

Now it's time to bid.  With each bid you place we will deduct one credit from your bid account.  Every bid increases the price of the item by 1 penny or more depending on the type of auction.  Every auction has a countdown timer that adds a few seconds to the clock when a bid is placed to give everyone an equal opportunity to bid.

When the timer reaches 0:00, the auction ends and the last person to place a bid gets to purchase the item for the final auction price plus delivery charges.


BidRunner

Don't worry if you cannot follow the auction online or your attention is on another auction, simply set your BidRunner to bid for you.  It's a great tool, easy to use and is a very effective way to win auctions.  For more information visit our help page and click on the BidRunner Tool.

Standard auctions start at $1.00 and increase by $0.01

with each bid.

the clock runs out, you win, and the item is yours for the

Winning an Auction

Congratulations, you are the last bidder!  To claim your winnings simply click on My Account / Won Auctions to review your won items, final auction price and delivery charges.  After clicking on the Purchase button you will be redirected to a secure page to complete the transaction.  Remember to purchase your item within 3 days of the end of the auction.  If you do not purchase within 3 days the item will be removed from your cart.


Bid Refund Policy

You must purchase bids in order to participate in a one cent auction.  Bids placed on an auction are considered "used" and are deducted from your account.  Purchased bid packs are refundable up to 30 days of purchase date.  Bid packs purchased with coupons or won bid packs are non-refundable.


Tips

We have come up with some suggestions to help you get familiarized with our site, bidding and developing your own strategy.  They are intended to be helpful only and do not guarantee winning an auction.

• Before you get started, be sure to visit our Help Section.

• Watch a few auctions before you bid.

• Have a bidding budget for each auction and set a realistic amount you are willing to pay for the item.

• Buy larger Bid Packs and pay much less per bid.

• Always have enough bids in your account to win the item you want.

• Focus in on one or two auctions at a time to maximize your opportunities for winning.

• Watch for slower times of the day and take advantage of them.

• When booking BidRunner, think about when to deploy to make it count.

• Realize that winning is all about good timing.  It's better to bid late in the game.  Wait until there are ten

seconds or less on the clock before you place a bid.


• Cheaper products tend to have fewer bidders and therefore are more likely to win.

• Watch the competition.  Follow bidders on the auction you want to bid on.  Take notes on who they are,

when they bid and how many bids they placed.


• Take advantage of Invite Your Friends.  For each friend who registers you receive 30 FREE BIDS to use in our

Happy Auctions.
